All I can say is WOW, is it really just the two of you behind this amazing multimedia site!? Who all goes upon these voyages with you....can I come along?

I've been enamored with the wonder of ocean science for my entire life, I've been working my way slowly toward a degree in biology and environmental hydro science, and I hope to pursue a masters someday.

There are going to be alot of fresh faces, and ideas for protecting the worlds standing marine sanctuaries, and foraging ahead to create new ones. I think the imagery provided by organizations such as this, during the last couple of decades, have really fostered new interest and romance in the epic and dynamic environment of our seas.

Thank you for investigating, photographing, and sharing these amazing images and video. BOOKMARKED!

Sincerely,
Andy Long

I'm glad to see something is being done to make people aware of the problem with the dolphins in the mediterrean sea. I just got back from Greece and I could feel the loss of the dolphins. I didn't know about this situation then so I looked it up to see if my feelings were valid and this is what I found. I will spread the news to my family in Greece. Keep up the good work.
Sincerely,
Teresa Rangel-Georgiopoulos

We must do anything and everything in our power to help save the Vaquita Porpoises before it's too late. It'd be soo heartbreaking if the Vaquita Porpoises go extinct.

Say Chris, me again. Have you already done a documentary film about the horrors of the shrimp industry, both in terms of deep water dragging and farming? If not, do you want to do one together? Check out my writings at my web site (www.teachingvirtues.net) and let's have a chat. I am living on the ocean in Mexico.

The history of the Vaquita rescue (as species in their habitat) is an old and sad story, based in great efforts from interested people against impunity and illegality. Interests around shrimp fisheries are great and the only way to do something is by using alternate fishing technologies. The main problem that cause Vaquita mortality is the gill nets (totoaba, sharks and now shrimp), specially the very long ones that, it is supposed, are forbidden. It is important ti review the alternatives related with shrimp fishing technologies in the Upper Gulf of California.
